What are Preventative Maintenances?
We offer preventative maintenance services to check and clean units as well as do any small repairs needed at the time of the visit. Quarterly visits are recommended, but it can be adjusted to be more or less frequent. Visits alternate between deep and light but the price will remain the price stated on the estimate as long as it is the frequency stated on the contracted. Continuous preventative maintenance will prolong the life of your equipment, save electricity, and minimize run time.
How do they work?
You are given an estimate that covers a year. After you have been given an estimate and you have approved it we will contact to schedule your next visit when it is time? You still pay visit by visit. If it is found that larger repairs are needed, the technician will create and submit an estimate to you.
How do I receive an estimate?
You can request a Maintenance estimate by emailing lissa@articr.com. Include your name, address, and type/number units you would like under maintenance. The first visit will be done as "Time and Material". After this initial visit, a yearly contract can be created for a lower price.
What if I want Maintenance, but not with a contract?*
We also offer maintenance on a "Time and Material" basis. Instead of paying a bided out price , you pay for the hours spent on the job and for the materials used. You can use this option if you only want maintenances upon your request.
*We recommend a contract as it can be more cost effective for the customer.
